New Title

Hey! Here's a new title for you! Team Kinsaul. I thought it a good one since we are going to be adding a member to Team Kinsaul. That's right, the Team is going from 2 to 3 members. On November 30, 2011 we will be getting another Kinsaul in the world. That's a little scary in and of itself. Hopefully we will be able to keep it up on the blog and join the ranks of many prestigious bloggers who keep us filled with the goings on of their lives. Hopefully it will be interesting.

Insanity: Week 2

Here we are at the end of the 2nd week of Insanity. And the conclusion is that it is still insane. Its funny, when you wake up every day feeling sore, you end up stop thinking about it after a while. So I'm sorry, I have a spasm in my back, but I'm still going at it.
